Can you tell us about your team and how you support new franchise owners as they're starting out?

I give full credit to my team members. They're absolute rock stars. What makes them special is that they've all been in the sales role themselves. So, that's basic sales training and that happens in the first six months on the job.

After about 18 months, when they've built a solid customer base, they're invited to Level 2 sales training. That training goes deeper into running meetings, setting expectations and closing deals with a focus on value beyond price.

Top performers can also earn a spot in our Elite Sales Training. It's invite-only and workshop-style, and designed to help experienced reps think bigger, work referrals and scale their book of business. The vibe was super collaborative. We covered everything from hiring strategies to what the first 30, 60 and 90 days should look like for new team members. We even dug into personality insights, how sales leaders are wired and how that translates into managing and motivating their teams effectively.

It was a real deep dive into how to build strong teams, support professional and personal growth and have the right conversations — even the tough conversations when they are needed.
